Just for laughs - I needed a photo for my article about Haitians having the power to stop the rain from falling, so I though this was the perfect picture to create...

I just received some avocados from the country side of Haiti and I didn't want all of them to ripen at once, so I grabbed a couple and placed them in a big bucket of water to test and see if that will halt the ripening process.

Will that work? stay tuned...

Saut d'Eau (Sodo) water fall is one of the most famous waterfalls in Haiti and a great Caribbean tourist destination you should consider visiting at least once in your lifetime, on your next trip to Haiti or you next Caribbean adventure.

Seau d'Eau is only about 1h 30 minutes from Port-au-Prince. Just head to the Department du Centre via Route Nationale #3, when you reach the city of Mirebalais, you are almost there. Saut-d'Eau is a commune in the Mirebalais Arrondissement in Centre Haiti.
