Ginette Eugene and her Haitian twin sister Gina Eugene are the founders of Good Samaritan for a Better Life, a nonprofit organization that brought Marlie Casseus to the United States.

Marlie Casseus is a Haitian teenager who attracted media attention when she received four surgeries to remove a 18-pound growth from her face that threatened her ability to eat, breathe, and see.
